Thank you guys for the service! The rooms are new-fashioned and nicely furnished with a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and TV. You can see city from your window. The location is perfect, close to Close to all main attractions as well as naples and directions...

The room we stayed in was great, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the delicious croissants for breakfast, and the showers were good; the location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of a 700-year-old church.

The staff was superfriendly and friendly, the bathroom was nice.

Spacious family room with 2 large beds 🛏️. the room had tea and coffee making facilities, as well as refrigerators for convenience.

The rooms here are incredibly spacious with comfortable beds, a private safe, air conditioner, and a mini bar available, making our experience truly enjoyable.

The room I got was a good size, shoutout to the amazing staff for that! It had a cozy family vibe 🏡. the internet connection was top-notch and they also had convenient paid parking on site. Thank you all for making my stay enjoyable!

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic center, close to the metro station and funiculars. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly, helpful, and goes out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided is plentiful and there is strong WiFi throughout the hotel.

my second stay in naples was absolutely incredible, thanks to maison arena. the warm welcome, spacious room, and friendly staff made me feel right at home. i loved the central location and the fact that famous restaurants were just a short walk away. can't wait to come back!

No major issues, everything was great.

The check, in process may take some time to complete, but this is a minor inconvenience given the hotel's numerous advantages.

The room at Maison Arena was spacious and clean, with modern amenities. We were really surprised by the excellent airconditioning that kept us comfortable during the hot Naples weather. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the historic center and close to metro stations and funiculars. Our host Paolo was friendly and provided us with all the information we needed for transportation and food options. We even had a small refrigerator in our room, a nice touch.

Had a great stay at this hotel for my recent business trip! the location was perfect, only a short walk away from all the main attractions and the Old Town. the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with two balconies to enjoy! the breakfast served in the external cafe was delicious, and the AC worked perfectly. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even arranging an early morning cab service to the airport for me.

There was a strange smell in the bathroom, and the shower needed decalcifying, causing some inconvenience. the lack of a lift may not be suitable for elderly people, and the staff didn't speak fluent English, which resulted in some communication issues.
